Since 2018, life has tested me in many ways. I went through deep pain, and the universe gave me powerful life lessons that shaped who I am today. In 2021, my journey of spiritual awakening began, and it completely changed my life.

Over the past 5 years, I have experienced deep spiritual growth. Through Monk Spirituality, I am here to share everything I have learned during this 5 years time.
